Jonathan Evenden is the President and founder of Aegis IT, located in Kingsport, TN. He gave his first computerized presentation in 1994, and has never looked back since. He has been full time in the IT industry since 2004, and has owned Aegis IT for over seven years. In the rare moments he is not in front of a computer, he loves playing board games and watching Netflix with his and son.

This presentation will cover both sides of an interview: what to do, what not to do, what to look for, and what you might want to get from one (besides a new job or a new employee). The goal will be to help you avoid common mistakes that keep getting made, especially by people who are more technically inclined, as well as what to focus on to have a successful interview.
