Stephen is a Subject Matter Expert for Active Directory and Citrix XenApp at AT&T as a Principal Technical Architect in its Hosting & Applications Services Division, building custom High Availability and Disaster recovery solutions for Enterprise Scale Citrix implementations as well as dozens of Custom Windows Based solutions. He has as well designed ESSO Solutions including one for a major hotel chain that collapsed more than 150 Active directory Domains across several countries with more than 100,000 users. Over the last 18 months he has been managing a small team of SharePoint SMEs; designing Microsoft SharePoint environments for Fortune 500 and 100 companies specializing in Disaster Recovery.

In this discussion we will talk about best practices for managing access and permission to files and devices using Active Directory Groups to simplify administration and reduce the headaches caused by access issues for users.
